FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Download CoachLive from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and sign up with your email. During setup you choose whether you're joining as a coach or a client — you can always reach support if you pick the wrong one.

A coach account can create programs, manage many clients, and run live sessions. A client account is for training with a coach: following your program, logging progress, and joining sessions. The setup wizard tailors the app to your role.

Clients join a coach using an invite or a code the coach shares. Once connected, your coach can assign programs and meal plans, and you'll see your upcoming sessions in the app.

From the coach floor you can bring several clients live at once. Each client sees only their own coach view, so every session feels one-to-one even while you coach many people in parallel. You can move between clients and drop in on form as needed.

In sessions designed to feel one-to-one, no. Each client sees only their coach and is not shown to other clients on the coach's floor. Group classes and open floor sessions are shared by design, and are clearly labeled as such.

A recent phone, a stable internet connection, and permission for the app to use your camera and microphone. If video looks choppy, switching to a stronger Wi-Fi connection usually helps.

No. Unless a session is expressly described in the app as recorded, CoachLive does not record your live video or audio.

Programs run on real weekdays — Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and so on — across the weeks you set. Your week always reflects the actual days you train, not a generic day 1 / day 2 list.

No. Each client's assigned program is their own copy. A coach can add a workout, change reps, or extend the weeks for one client without touching the template or any other client's plan.

Body weight, measurements, progress photos, completed workouts, and streaks. Everything lands in one timeline so you and your coach can see the trend over time, not just today's number.

Yes. Coaches can assign meal plans alongside training, so nutrition lives in the same place as the work it fuels.

The app is free to download. Some features and coaching services may require a subscription or payment, which is always shown clearly before you're charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following charge. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's billing and cancellation rules.

Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Manage push notifications in your device settings and in the app's settings. You'll get reminders for sessions, program updates, and new messages based on your preferences.

On the sign-in screen, choose 'Forgot password' and follow the emailed link to set a new one. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

You can close your account from the app, or email privacy@coachlive.app to request deletion of your account and associated data. We'll verify your identity before acting on the request.
